What We Do

At FlexAbility Yoga, we use yoga to help children explore their limits, grow their confidence, understand their needs, connect to their bodies, regulate their emotions and build better relationships.

We started in 2015 when Vickie found that yoga helped her eldest child manage his anxiety better, and decided to start a class to help other children with anxiety.

​

Our therapeutic Yoga classes improve sensory feedback, give children tools for managing overwhelm and anxiety, and allow them to build their interoception - the understanding of themselves and awareness of their own needs. This allows them to develop a better understanding of others' needs and improves their relationships.
